Nanny and Child Carer’s Recruitment

The primary role of a nanny is to take care of the children in your charge in their own home environment.  You will arrange activities, play, trips and outings.  Reading, music and play with friends are all essential elements of good child care.

Other duties often include general nursery duties related to the care of the children.  These include some light cleaning of the nursery/children’s bedrooms, their laundry, cooking their meals and bathing them.  The extent of these extra duties must be agreed with the parent(s) at the start of employment and a contract should be given to you by them.
